Shawn represents C2 Financial Corporation, which is among the largest mortgage brokers in the country. C2 is licensed throughout 9 states and partners with a network of approximately 75 wholesale lenders.

This gives Shawn the opportunity to unite the best of both worlds: the resources of a large company with personal one-on-one service. Shawn specializes in helping home buyers who have challenging loan requirements and who might face obstacles going through direct lenders. Because Shawn has access to C2’s extensive network, he is able to match his customers with lenders that can fit their needs.

Shawn’s passion for real estate dates back much longer than twenty years. It was actually born at an early age when he began working for a small mortgage brokerage firm owned by his father in Union City.

This experience not only helped him learn the ropes, but also helped him discover what he wanted to do with the rest of his life: help home buyers and homeowners throughout California to live out their dreams in comfort and security.

After graduating from Saint Mary’s College with a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration, Shawn went on to do just that. His mission isn’t just to aid buyers in their home purchases, but to help them build the lives they imagine.

Those who lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, during the recession know that California was hit particularly hard by the financial crisis. During those difficult years, Shawn was able to salvage many underwater homeowners. Now, in the buyer-friendly market of 2018, he is able to help customers to lock in competitive interest rates on loans for home purchase or a refinance. As a lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, his local expertise give him an edge in the market which he leverages to connect clients with suitable loans.
